This minor update fixes a script error when running on old (pre-TS2009) versions of Trainz. This supercedes the BlueStar coupling standard. VSR Active Coupling System Library, version 2.12 (KUID revision 9). I'd hate to rebuild 20-30 more just like this one, and then discover there's a major problem with it. I would appreciate feedback on this first rebuild. It should work in any version from TS2009SP1 upwards. It has a new mesh, a high res texture with normal mapping, and uses the '.m.tbumpenv' material.

It is Error and Warning free in TS2009, TS2010 and TS12. This is a ground up rebuild to TS09+ standards of the VSR 'bare station platform'.
